摘要
为研究草物料在压捆过程中的力学特性、应力松弛、蠕变等流变学特性,解决压捆机结构参数优化设计等问题,设计研制了一种压捆室截面积和长度可调的草物料压缩试验台,阐述了该试验台组成、压捆室的主要结构及测试系统的设计,试验结果表明,试验台结构可靠,操作方便,测试精度高。
In order to investigate the characteristics of mechanics and rheology, such as stress relation,creep, and to resolve the problem of optimum design of the structural parameters of the compressing baler, a test set of herbage compression has been developed, in which the cross area as well as the length of comressing chamber are adjustable. The composition of the test set, main structure of the compressing chamber 1 and the design of the measuring system were presented in the paper. The test results show that the set is easy operated, with a high measuring precision and reliable structure.
