摘要
通过对实际应用的9KG-350型液压式高密度压捆机进行改进,将其压捆室由单一截面改进为多个可调截面,压捆室长度也改进为可调,并通过布置一系列力传感器及位移传感器,可测试草片压捆过程中沿压捆室长度方向及截面方向的压缩力变化、推移规律及草片变形规律。该测试系统数据采集部分以LabVIEW7.1软件为开发平台,经实际测试证明,该测试系统运行正常,并具有便于调节、方便快速、可靠性高、易于扩展的特点。
A modified 9KG-350 hydraulic baler as a test-bed was applied in the laboratory with adjustable cross-section as well as length of baling room,which was mounted a serial of force sensors and displacement transducers. Both force along major compressing direction and cross-section of wafer can be tested,meanwhile,progressive discipline with recovery of baling materials can also be acquired in the test. The data acquisition system was developed based on LabVIEW 7.1 software. The measuring system was proved convenient,reliable and nicer extensibility.
