MTA1蛋白表达与口腔鳞癌临床病理特征的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨MTA1蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其与口腔鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测54例口腔鳞癌标本与20例正常口腔黏膜标本中MTA1蛋白的表达,并分析MTA1蛋白表达与口腔鳞癌患者临床病理特征的关系,包括患者年龄、性别、癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移。结果:MTA1蛋白主要表达于细胞核或细胞浆,于口腔鳞癌组织中的高表达率达72.2%(39/54),而正常口腔黏膜组织中未见表达或仅有微弱表达(25.0%),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);MTA1蛋白高表达与癌组织分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关,而与患者的年龄、性别无明显关系。结论:MTA1蛋白高表达在口腔鳞癌的发生、发展及浸润转移过程中可能起一定作用;MTA1蛋白有望成为判断口腔鳞癌患者预后及选择治疗方案的一个新肿瘤标志物。 Objective:To study the expression of metastasis-associated gene1(MTA1)in tumorigenesis and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:MTA1 protein expression and its relation to clinico-pathological features of OSCC were examined in 20 normal oral tissues and 54 OSCC by immunohistochemical SP methods.Results:The overexpression rate of MTA1 in OSCC was 72.2%(39/54),which was significant higher than that of the control group 25%(5/15)(P〈0.005).The overexpression of MTA1 among the lower differentiated tissues were significant higher than the higher differentiated tissues of OSCC(P〈0.05),and the findings among the groups of intramuscular infiltration were similar higher than the group of nonintramuscular infiltration,the Ⅲ,Ⅳ clinical stages higher than Ⅰ,Ⅱ clinical stages,and lymph node involvement higher than the non-lymph node involvement of OSCC(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The overexpression of MTA1 might play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of OSCC,and it might be a target for the therapy and prognostic indicator of OSCC.
