摘要 目的利用立体定向MRI资料三维重建海马结构;测量体积,分析年龄、性别对其影响。方法选取健康成年志愿者行立体定向MRI扫描,在MRI上对海马进行识别、分割、提取、匹配与三维重建,测量重建后海马的体积。结果男性60岁以下组左侧海马体积为(2 983.43±370.97)mm3;右侧为(3 052.46±224.25)mm3;女性组左侧为(2 950.66±365.32)mm3;右侧为(3 018.97±304.10)mm3,男性60岁以上组左、右侧分别为(2 852.76±282.45)mm3和(2 792.24±335.82)mm3;女性60岁以上组左、右侧分别为(2 850.96±187.81)mm3和(2 883.30±206.16)mm3。结论 60岁以上组海马体积较60岁以下组显著缩小。 Objective With the help of the MR images and the computer technology to study the volume of the hippocampal formation from old people.Methods All the basic data were obtained from hippocampal formation on stereotactic MR images from healthy volunteers,hippocampal formation were identified,segmented,extracted and saved to determine volume of the hippocampal.Results In the men over 60 years group,volume of the hippocampal formation was(2 852.76±282.45) mm3 on left,(2 792.24±335.82) mm3 on right,in the men below 60 years group,was (2 983.43±370.97) mm3 on left,(3 052.46±224.25) mm3 on right.In the group over age of 60 woman,the volume of the hippocampal formation was(2 850.96±187.81) mm3 on left,(2 883.30±206.16) mm3 was on right,in the group below age of 60, was(2 950.66±365.32) mm3 on left,(3 018.97±304.10) mm3on right.Conclusions The volume of hippocampal formation in over the age of 60 reduces apparently.
