摘要 为了使飞机的日历定寿从定性走向定量,关键技术是解决自然环境与试验环境间的当量关系。以金属腐蚀电流为度量标准,提出等腐蚀量当量准则,给出编制当量环境谱的方法及ESXU系统软件,在腐蚀电流Ic的测量及在中国环境数据收集的基础上,对中国153站点的金属腐蚀量进行计算,按腐蚀量的大小,将我国划分成不同的腐蚀级及腐蚀区域,并给出一般情况的当量环境谱,对飞机的方案论证,结构腐蚀的控制,日历寿命的确定,维护规程的制定,维护费用的估计都有重要的参考价值。 In order to analyse the calendar life of the aircraft from qualitatively to quantitatively,the technical key is the equivalence relation between the atmospheric environment exposed and tested, using the corrosion electric current I c as a scale of the corrosion environment of the metal structures. In this paper, an equivalence standard of equal corrosion quantity, the methods of drawing up the environmental spectrum and ESXU system program are presented. On the basis of measuring the corrosion electric current I c and the collected data from 153 station in China, the corrosion quantity is computed. According to the corrosion quantity, different corrosion areas are divided, and the general equivalence environmental spectra are presented. It is very important for the aircraft plan demonstration,the structures corrosion control,the calendar life determination, drawing up the maintenance rules and the maintenance cost estimation.
