摘要
沿海地区由于其地理位置的特殊性,极易使得桥梁吊索发生腐蚀。真实服役环境下的腐蚀退化规律由于周期长、技术成本高等原因难以获得,为建立实验室环境与真实服役环境之间的当量折算关系,利用腐蚀电流Ic作为金属腐蚀的度量尺度,在当量加速原理的基础上得到只考虑温、湿度和只考虑腐蚀介质2种环境条件下的当量折算方法。编制加载式多功能气候模拟试验室环境当量谱,利用2018年定海站气象数据编制沿海地区自然腐蚀环境谱,建立了桥梁吊索在加载式多功能气候模拟试验室环境与沿海实际运营环境之间的当量关系。
It is easy to cause corrosion of bridge hangers located at coastal areas.In order to establish the equivalent conversion relationship between the laboratory environment and the real service environment,the corrosion electric current is used as the measurement scale of metal corrosion.Based on the equivalent acceleration principle,the equivalent conversion formula considering only temperature and humidity and only corrosion medium is obtained respectively.The environmental equivalent spectrum of the loading multi-functional climate simulation laboratory was compiled,the natural corrosion environment spectrum of the coastal area is compiled based on the meteorological data of Dinghai station in 2018,and the equivalent relationship between the environment of the loading multi-functional climate simulation laboratory and the actual coastal operation environment of the bridge hangers is established.
