摘要
介绍了针对军用飞机普遍存在的使用寿命指标(飞行小时数、日历寿命)严重不匹配的问题,在现有技术和理论基础上利用腐蚀影响系数m(t),引入飞行强度参量SUS建立了军用飞机使用寿命综合评定方法.算例分析表明,随着飞行强度的提高,腐蚀疲劳寿命NC成线性增加,并得到了协调飞机使用寿命指标的最佳飞行强度SUSbeat,为合理制定飞行计划,充分发挥军用飞机的使用功效提供了理论基础.
In order to solve the universal problem of military aircraft that the indexes of service life doesn’t match each other, comprehensive evaluation method is established according to use corrosion influence coefficient and flight frequency based on current technology and theory. It is found that corrosion fatigue life (NC) increases as the increasing of SUS, also the best SUS is gotten through example, which provides the foundation for making flying plan within reason and exerting efficacy adequately.
