摘要 目的检测大、小肠癌中Trx-1的表达情况,并探讨该癌蛋白在两者之间的相关性。方法用免疫组化法分别检测36例小肠癌、20例癌旁正常小肠黏膜中Trx-1和60例结直肠癌、22例癌旁正常大肠黏膜中Trx-1的表达情况。用半定量方法对免疫组化染色做评分,结合临床和病理数据进行分析。结果 Trx-1定位于细胞质和胞核,在大、小肠恶性肿瘤中过度表达,均较癌旁正常组织的表达显著增高。其在两部位的表达与对应正常肠组织的表达有统计学差异,且与病理分化不同有关(P<0.01)。它们在中低分化肿瘤比高分化者表达增强(P<0.05或P<0.01);也同淋巴结转移(P<0.05)和TNM分级密切相关(P<0.01)。Trx-1在大、小肠癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.756,P<0.05)。结论 Trx-1在肠癌组织中的过度表达并与其发生发展有关,可能参与了大、小肠癌恶化的调控。 Objective To investigate the expression of Trx - 1 in small bowel and colorectal cancer and the relationship between them. Methods The expression of Trx - 1 in small bowel and coloreetal cancer,and in corresponding paracarninoma normal tissues was detected by immunohistoehemieal method, respectively. Then the semiquantitative analysis results and clinical data were statistically analyzed. Results In small bowel and eoloreetal cancers with strong Trx - 1 straining, the straining was seen in nucleus as well as in the cytoplasm. The expression levels of Trx - 1 in small bowel and eoloreetal cancer, and in corresponding paraearninoma normal tissues had statistical significance and the difference had relation to histological differention (P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of Trx- 1 increased in small bowel and colorectal cancer and was different based on differentiation tissues( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of Trx -1 was higher in moderate and poor differentiation degree cancer than that in high differentiation degree. Also, the expression levels of Trx - 1 were related to lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05 ) and TNM stage( P 〈 0.01 ). There was a positive correlation between small bowel and coloreetal cancer(r = 0. 756,P 〈 0.05) in expression. Conclusion The overexpession of Trx - 1 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of small bowel and colorectal cancer,moreover,participate in the regulation of eareinogenesis.
