摘要
目的研究不同厚度、颜色树脂核材料对热铸压全瓷冠材料颜色的影响,为临床使核树脂、全瓷冠提供颜色方面的指导。方法制作直径11.65mm,厚度3mm的A3色Z100树脂标准件,相同直径的核树脂标准件厚度分别为0.5mm、1.0mm和1.5mm,颜色分别为A3、白和蓝色。0.8mm厚的100号IPS-Empress2基底瓷标准件,表面烧结130号饰瓷后达1.5mm厚,形成全瓷标准件,各5个。以全瓷标准件置于A3色Z100树脂标准件表面为对照试件,全瓷标准件置于不同颜色、厚度的核树脂和A3色Z100树脂标准件形成实验试件,用PR650分光光谱测色仪分别测量实验试件和对照试件的色度值。结果 0.5mm和1.0mmA3色核树脂试件对1.5mm厚的IPS-Empress2全瓷试件颜色影响的色差小于1.5;1.5mm和0.5mm白色核树脂试件的色差大于1.5小于2;1.0mm和1.5mm白色核树脂以及蓝色核树脂试件的色差大于2。结论 A3色和0.5mm白色核树脂试件对IPS-Empress2全瓷试件颜色的影响临床可以接受。随着核树脂厚度的增加,核树脂试件对全瓷试件颜色的影响逐渐增加。
Objective To investigate the effect of core build-up resin composites of different color and thickness on color of heat pressed ceramic crowns.Methods Z100 composite resin discs (Shade A3) of 11.65mm in diameter and 3.0 mm in thickness were made as a dentin color reference.Sample discs of core build-up resin composite with the same diameter but different thickness 0.5mm,1.0mm and 1.5mm and different color A3,white and blue.Five sample discs of heat pressed ceramic with 0.8mm thick substrate (IPS-Empress 2) were made and sintered with veneer to 1.5mm thickness.The control group was ceramic discs covering Z100 composite discs,and the experimental groups were ceramic discs covering different color and different thickness core build-up composite discs above Z100 composite discs.The color differences (Delta-L,Delta-a,and Delta-b) were measured by PR650 spectrophotometer.Results The color differences of IPS-Empress 2 all-ceramic specimens covering 0.5 mm and 1.0mm A3 resin composite core discs were belowe 1.5,1.5mm A3 and 0.5mm white resin composite core discs were beyond 1.5 but belowe 2,and 1.0,1.5 mm white and blue resin composite core discs were beyond 2.Conclusion The influnce of A3 and 0.5mm white resin composite core material on the color of the all-ceramic material is acceptable.Increasing the thickness of resin composite core discs results in increase of the effects of core material on the color of the all-ceramic material.
