摘要
目的:了解瓷贴面修复后患者的满意情况,并探讨个人因素对患者瓷贴面修复后满意度的影响。方法:选取109例需进行瓷贴面修复的患者作为研究对象,在修复前填写基本情况调查表及艾森克人格问卷N量表,瓷贴面修复后1个月完成满意度调查表,并进行基本情况与满意度调查表、艾森克人格问卷N量表与满意度调查表的相关分析。结果:患者对整体轮廓、颜色满意程度、修复体半透性、咀嚼功能的满意度分别为91.74%,93.58%,94.50%,88.07%。性别、年龄水平、职业、婚姻状况、收入水平对瓷贴面的了解程度与患者的满意度相关。艾森克人格问卷N量表中的T分与患者的满意度呈负相关。结论:患者对瓷贴面修复比较满意,患者的基本情况与人格特征对瓷贴面修复后的满意度有影响。
b Objective To investigate the satisfaction of patients with porcelain veneer,to investigate the effect of patient factors on the PLV satisfaction.Methods Through selecting 109 patients of porcelain veneer restorations as the research object,filled the basic situation questionnaire and Eysenck personality questionnaire N scale before the repair,and then accomplished the satisfaction degree questionnaire after a month of porcelain veneer repair.By analyzing the relationship between the basic situation questionnaire,satisfaction degree questionnaire,Eysenck personality questionnaire N scale and satisfaction degree questionnaire.Results The patient＆#39;s satisfaction about the overall contour,the color degree of satisfaction,the restoration of translucency,masticatory function were respectively 91.74%,93.58%,94.50%,88.07%.Gender,age,occupation,marital status,income level,porcelain veneer understanding degree were relatedto patient＇s satisfaction.Eysenck personality questionnaire N scale about T score was negatively correlated with the satisfaction of the patients.Conclusion The patient＇s satisfaction of the porcelain veneer,the basic situation and personality characteristics of patients have effect on the satisfaction of porcelain veneer restorations.
