氧化锆桩及核树脂材料对热铸压全瓷材料颜色的影响 被引量:4

Effect of zirconia post and core build-up composite resin on the color parameters of heat-pressed ceramics

摘要 目的探讨氧化锆做基底覆盖不同厚度核树脂时,对其表面IPS-Empress2热铸压陶瓷颜色的影响。方法采用不同材料分别制作直径11·65mm的标准件,其中核树脂厚0·5mm(A-05),1mm(A-10)各5个,氧化锆厚3·5mm黄(Y)、白(Wh)色各5个,A3色Z100复合树脂(D)厚3mm1个,IPS-Empress2铸瓷(P)厚1·5mm1个。将铸瓷置于复合树脂和氧化锆表面形成实验试件;将铸瓷置于核树脂和A3色Z100复合树脂表面作为对照试件。分别测量P-A05-Wh试件至P-D试件的色度值CIEL*、a*、b*,计算P-A05-Wh、P-A05-Y试件分别与P-A05-D试件之间的色差值,以及P-A10-Wh、P-A10-Y试件分别与P-A10-D试件之间的色差值,并使用析因方差分析和SNK方差分析法统计色差。结果核树脂厚度为0·5mm和1·0mm时,铸瓷配合核树脂置于氧化锆表面与对照组之间的色差值(ΔE)均小于平均色差识别阈1·8。随着核树脂标准件厚度的增加,铸瓷色度值的改变逐渐减小。结论白、黄两种颜色氧化锆对配合A3色核树脂的130号1·5mm厚IPS-Empress2全瓷标准件无肉眼可见的颜色影响。随着核树脂厚度的增加,氧化锆对130号IPS-Empress2全瓷标准件颜色的影响逐渐减小。 Objective To investigate the influence of the prefabricated zirconia posts and core build-up composite resin of different thickness on the colors of heat-pressed ceramic crowns ( IPS- Empress 2). Methods White and yellow zirconia discs of 11.65mm in diameter and 3.0mm in thickness were milled. The control group was IPS-Empress 2 ceramic discs covering core build-up composite discs (A3 shade) and Z100 composite discs, and the experimental groups were ceramic discs covering core build-up composite discs and zirconia discs of two different colors. Color differences (Delta-L, Delta-a, and Delta-b) were measured by PR650 spectrophotometer and Delta-E was calculated. Results When core resin thickness was 0. 5 mm and 1.0 mm, the average chromatic aberration ( AE ) between test group and control group was smaller than 1.8. With core resin thickness increasing, the change of themo-casting ceramic chroma aberration value diminished gradually. Condusion The effects of white and yellow zirconia oxide post materials on the color of the full- ceramic materials were not perceivable. With the thickness of core build-up composite resin increasing, the effects of composite on the color of the full-ceramic materials decreased.
