摘要
分析了深冷循环处理、预退火循环处理及深冷+预退火循环处理方法对铁基非晶结构和晶化析出相的影响。DSC检测结果表明,循环处理改变了非晶的晶化参数Tg和Tx,DSC检测曲线上出现"焓弛豫峰";TEM检测显示,预处理后样品仍保持非晶的衍射特征,但在非晶基体上有纳米晶析出;SEM和TEM分析表明,预处理后,非晶基体中团簇合并,尺寸增大,形成"葡萄状"团簇结构;预处理后晶化时,在非晶中析出不同类型和尺度的晶化相。这表明,通过元素的扩散,预处理促进非晶基体中形成新的原子团簇,导致团簇的合并与长大,改变了非晶的晶化热力学与动力学过程。
Effects of cryogenic treatment,pre-annealing cycling treatment and cryogenic-pre-annealing cycling treatment on the microstructure and crystalline phase precipitation in Fe-based amorphous alloy were investigated by DSC(differential scanning calorimetry),TEM(transmission electron microscope)and SEM(scanning electron microscope).The results reveal that crystallization parameters,such as Tgand Tx,of amorphous alloy are changed by cycling treatment,and the enthalpy relaxation peak appears in the DSC testing curves.The samples pre-treated still remain to be amorphous with the precipitation of nano-crystalline phase.The pre-treatment can result in the mergence and size increase of clusters,leading to the formation of grape-like structure of cluster in amorphous alloy.Besides,different types and scales of crystalline phase precipitation are observed in the amorphous alloy pre-treated.It is believed that the pre-treatment method leads to the formation of new cluster and the mergence and growth of clusters by element diffusion,changing the crystallization thermo-dynamics and crystallization kinetics of amorphous alloy.
