摘要
用单辊快淬法和非晶晶化法制备Fe76Co6Zr9B9和Fe76Co6Zr7Nb2B9非晶及纳米晶合金,用多种测试手段对两种合金的热曲线、显微组织及磁性能进行测试,研究添加原子数分数为2%的Nb对Fe76Co6Zr9B9合金结构和性能的影响。结果表明:不含Nb的Fe76Co6Zr9B9合金化产物含有亚稳相及α-Fe(Co)相,其矫顽力(Hc)较大,为半硬磁合金材料;添加Nb的Fe76Co6Zr7Nb2B9合金晶化产物仅含有α-Fe(Co)相,为良好的软磁合金材料。添加原子数分数为2%的Nb抑制了合金化过程中亚稳相的析出,降低晶粒尺寸,提高了合金的比饱和磁化强度并明显降低合金的Hc。
Fe76Co6Zr9B9 and Fe76Co6Zr7Nb2B9 amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys were prepared by single roller melt-spinning and amorphous crystallization methods.The thermal curves,microstructures and magnetic properties of alloys were measured by means of multiple testing methods.The influence of 2%Nb addition on the structure and property of Fe76Co6Zr9B9 alloy was studied.The results show that the crystallization products of Fe76Co6Zr9B9 alloy without Nb contain metastable phase andα-Fe(Co)phase.Its coercive force(Hc)is relatively large,which is semi-hard magnetic alloy material.The crystallization product of Fe76Co6Zr7Nb2B9 alloy with Nb only containsα-Fe(Co)phase,which is a good soft magnetic alloy material.Addition of 2%Nb inhibits the precipitation of metastable phase during crystallization process,reduces the grain size,improves the specific saturation magnetization and significantly reduces the coercive force(Hc)of the alloy.
