ZrAlCuNiNb合金的非晶形成能力及性能

摘要 用X射线衍射(XRD)与示差扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了添加Nb元素对Zr57Al15-xCu15.4Ni12 .6Nbx合金的非晶形成能力的影响以及冷却速率对非晶形成的影响,同时研究了形成的块体非晶合金以及热处理后的压缩性能。结果表明:当Nb的摩尔分数达到5 %时(即Zr57Al10 Cu15.4Ni12 .6Nb5) ,合金具有最强的非晶形成能力,该块体非晶合金的压缩强度达170 5MPa ,相对压缩率约为0 .10 4%。热处理后,当非晶合金中出现分离相或晶化析出相时,压缩强度将急剧下降。 The influence of Nb and cooling rate on the amorphous formation ability of amorphous Zr_ 57Al_ 15-xCu_ 15.4Ni_ 12.6Nb_x alloy was examined by XRD and DSC.The compression strength of the as-cast and heat treated bulk amorphous alloy was researched.It was found that amorphous Zr_ 57Al_ 15-xCu_ 15.4Ni_ 12.6Nb_x alloy containing 5%Nb(atom fraction) has the highest amorphous formation ability,in which the compression strength can reach up to 1705 MPa and the relative compression rate is about 0.104%.The compression strength of heat treated amorphous alloy is decreased remarkably due to the occurrence of precipitated phase or crystallization phase in the amorphous alloy.
