摘要
以化学元素周期表中第四周期副族元素金属的粉末C-1为催化剂,以二甲苯为携水剂,通过油酸和十八醇直接酯化制备油酸十八醇酯,考察了催化剂的种类及其用量、反应时间、原料配比以及反应温度对酯化反应的影响。用红外光谱对油酸十八醇酯的结构进行了表征,用MR-S10(G)杠杆式四球摩擦磨损试验机进行了摩擦学性能评价。结果表明,油酸十八醇酯的最佳制备反应条件如下:以金属粉末C-1为催化剂,其用量为酸醇总质量的0.50%,油酸与十八醇的摩尔比为0.9∶1,反应时间为3 h,形成回流后控制反应温度为180~190℃。在此条件下,酯化率可达95%以上。油酸十八醇酯的摩擦学性能良好。
Octadecanol oleic was prepared with oleic and octadecanol as raw materials and metal powder C-1 as catalyst.The influential factors such as type and amount of catalyst,reaction time,raw material ratio and reaction temperature were investigated.And the octadecanol oleic structure was characterized by IR.The tribology performance was investigated by four-ball machine.It showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the reaction temperature was 180~190℃;the molar ratio of oleic to octadecanol was 0.9∶1;the amount of catalyst was 0.50% of the whole raw materials;the reaction time was 3 h.Under above optimum conditions,the esterification rate was more than 95%.Octadecanol oleic had good tribological performance.
