摘要
采用正交实验法,探索了乙二醇单、双脂酸酯的合成新方法.试验结果表明,在反应温度160℃,时间3h,乙二醇与硬脂酸的摩尔比1∶1.1,用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂其用量为0.4g,硬脂酸的转化率高达95%,且产品色泽较淡.
The new ways of synthesizing ethyl gycol stearate are explored by the L9 (3^4) orthogonsaltests ,the result display, reaction temperature was 160 ℃ time was 3 h, the molar ratio of ethyl gycol and stearic acid was 1: 1, 1, cataslyst was p -toluene sulfonic acid, which its weight was 2 g, the tansformationrate of stcaric acid is up to 95%, and the colour of the product is pale.
