摘要
以金属醇盐水解法制得前氧体 Sb_2O_3,采用浸渍法制备了稀土固体超强酸 S_2O_8^(-2)/Sb_2O_3/La^(3+)催化剂,以催化合成乙酸苄酯为探针反应考察了催化剂的制备条件。结果表明:以1.5 mol/L 的(NH_4)_2S_2O_8 和ω[La(NO_3)_3]=2.71%的 La(NO_3)_3混合液浸渍锑前氧体,经110℃烘干,于500℃焙烧3 h 所得催化剂活性较好。采用了 TG/DTA 考察了催化剂的失活原因,其最佳再生方法是:用无水乙醇洗涤,500℃焙烧再生。
A rare earth solid superacid S28^2-/Sb2O3/La^3+ was prepared by using Sb2O3 as precursor, doped with (NH4)2S2O8 and La(NO3)3. The synthesis of benzyl acetate was used as a probe reaction. The optimal conditions for the preparation of the catalysts were found as follows: 1. 5 mol/L (NH4)2S2O8 and 2.71% La(NO3)3 for the impregnation of Sb203, followed by drying at 110℃ and calcination at 500℃ for 3 h. The catalysts were investigated by TG/DTA for causes of deactivation and regeneration methods. The optimum regeneration method is: washing with alcohol and calcination at 500℃.
