S_2O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2-Ce_2O_3固体超强酸的制备及催化合成乙酸正丁酯研究 被引量:19

摘要 以(NH4)S2O8为浸渍溶液,采用共沉淀法合成了新型固体超强酸S2O2-8/ZrO2-Ce2O3,用红外光谱表征了超强酸的结构,用紫外光谱表征了不同制备条件下合成的超强酸的酸总量,并用乙酸/正丁醇酯化反应作为探针反应评价了超强酸的催化活性,研究发现:S2O2-8对超强酸成酸的促进作用比SO2-4强;Ce2O3掺入量为1.5%,焙烧温度650℃,焙烧时间5h时制得的固体超强酸酸总量最大,催化活性最高. A novel solid superacid S_2O^(2-)_8/ZrO_2-Ce_2O_3 was synthesized by the coprecipitation method when (NH_4) S_2O_8 acted as dipping solution.Structural characteristics of superacid were analysed with IR.The total acid number of the solid superacides synthesized by the different preparation conditions were represented with UV spectrum and their catalytic activity was evaluated when esteritication of acetic acid and butanol was a probe reaction.We found that the promoting action of S_2O^(2-)_8 is stronger than SO^(2-)_4 on the preparation area of solid superacid and when it was preparated with doping number of Ce_2O_3 1.5%, roasting temperature being 650℃, roasting time being 5h,the solid superacid has the best total acid number and catalytic activity.
