摘要
目的研究黑加仑多糖降低总胆固醇功能。方法以黑加仑多糖为受试物,选用60只Wistar大鼠,雄性,150~200g。按体重将其随机分为:空白对照组、模型组、黑加仑多糖的高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照组。造模14d后经灌胃给受试物剂量别为0.4、0.8、1.6g/kg,连续灌胃35d,另设空白对照组及阳性对照组。观察Wistar大鼠血清中血清总胆固醇(TC)水平的变化。结果黑加仑多糖的高、中、低剂量组对Wistar大鼠血清中TC含量的降低作用有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。
Objective To explore the Blackcurrant Polysaccharide Antioxidant Effects on Serum total cholesterol(TC).Methods 60 male Wistar rats (body weight150~200g) were selected for the study.Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups as follows:Then the mice were treated with oral Polysaccharides at 0.4、0.8、1.6g/kg daily for 35days.Results The role of blackcurrant polysaccharide reducing serum TC concentration of medium-dose group and high-dose group in Wistar rats have statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion The blackcurrant polysaccharides has auxiliary reducing TC.
