软枣猕猴桃多糖对高脂食小鼠脂代谢的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为研究软枣猕猴桃多糖对高脂食小鼠脂代谢的影响,也为软枣猕猴桃多糖调节脂代谢作用方式及机理研究奠定工作基础,本试验选取雄性小鼠36只,随机分为3组,即空白对照组、高脂模型组、高脂+多糖组,每组12只。空白对照组每天喂食基础饲料,高脂模型组每天喂食高脂饲料,高脂+多糖组每天喂食高脂饲料同时每天灌胃300mg·kg^-1体重的软枣猕猴桃多糖溶液。60d后测定小鼠体重、肝重、血清脂质水平、肝脏脂质水平、肝脏病理变化以及粪便中的脂质水平。结果表明:与高脂对照组相比,软枣猕猴桃多糖能显著降低小鼠血清和肝脏中总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,提高肝脏中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。肝脏组织病理观察结果表明,软枣猕猴桃多糖能够明显改善并缓解肝脏脂肪高血脂症状。小鼠粪便脂质水平测定结果表明,软枣猕猴桃多糖能显著提高高脂小鼠粪便中的总脂、胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,说明软枣猕猴桃多糖能够起到降低胆固醇水平的作用是通过促进胆固醇排泄途径来实现的。 To investigate the effects of Actinidia argute polysaccharides on lipid metabolism in rats with high diet,and to lay the foundation for further studying the mechanism of Actinidia argute polysaccharides in regulating lipid metabolism,thirty six healthy male rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group,hyperlipidemic model group and hyperlipidemic-polysaccharides model group.The rats in normal control group were fed a basal diet,and the ones in hyperlipidemic model group were fed high-fat diets,and 300mg·kg^-1 were administered to hyperlipidemic-polysaccharides model group.After 60d later,the body weight,liver weight,serum lipid levels,liver lipid levels,and faeces lipid levels of rats were detected,the livers were taken for pathological examination as well.The results showed that the contents of total TC and TG in hyperlipidemic-polysaccharides model group were significantly decreased by Actinidia argute polysaccharides,while the contents of HDL-C was significantly increased compared with the hyperlipidemic model group.The results of liver pathological examination turned out that Actinidia argute polysaccharides could significantly improve and alleviate liver steatosis.The results of lipid levels determination in rat feces indicated that the contents of total fat,TC and TG in hyperlipidemic-polysaccharides model group were significantly increased by Actinidia argute polysaccharides.These results implied that Actinidia argute polysaccharides could lower the levels of cholesterol by promoting cholesterol excretion.
