摘要
目的:探讨电针足三里和丰隆对新西兰兔实验性高脂血症的调脂作用。方法:清洁级新西兰兔24只随机数字法分为空白对照组、空白电针组、高脂对照组和高脂电针组各6只。造模喂养8周后,空白电针组和高脂电针组连续电针10 d,其余两组电针期间同法抓取固定,分别于造模前后,电针前后耳中央动脉采血,分离血清,7180型日立自动分析仪测定血脂四项水平。结果:(1)造模后高脂对照组和高脂电针组血脂TG、TC、LDL明显升高,HDL明显降低,差异有显著性意义,显示造模成功。(2)电针10 d后,高脂电针组血脂TC值明显降低,差异有显著性意义,TG、HDL-C和LDL-C变化不明显。其余组别血脂四项变化均不明显。结论:足三里和丰隆配穴电针能显著降低高脂血症新西兰兔的血清总胆固醇水平,可为临床降脂治疗提供参考。
Objective：To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture（EA）on Zusanli and Fenglong acupoint on lipid metabolism in New Zealand rabbits with experimental hyperlipidemia. Methods：24 clean grade New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,as blank control group,blank EA group,high lipid control group and high lipid EA group,6 rabbits in each group. All experimental hyperlipoidemia rabbits were fed by high fat diet for 8 weeks. Rabbits of blank EA group and high lipid EA group were electro-acupunctured for 10 days,while other groups fixed at the same time once per day. Blood was respectively collected from central auricular artery of rabbits before and after modeling,so as before and after treated by EA. All serum were separated. Four items of blood lipid were tested by 7180 type Hitachi automatic analyzer. Results：（1）The serum levels of TG,TC,LDL-C in rabbits fed by high fat diet were higher than those fed with normal diets,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of HDL-C were decreased in rabbits fed by high fat diet were higher than those fed with normal diets,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The models were made successfully.（2）With treated by EA for 10 days,the serum levels of TC in rabbits of high lipid EA group decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of TG,TC,LDL-C varied slightly,and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Four items of blood lipid in other groups varied slightly,too. Conclusion：With compatibility EA at Zusanli and Fenglong,the serum levels of TC in hyperlipidemia rabbits decreased significantly. This can provide a reference for clinical lipid-lowering therapy.
