摘要
建设"高素质、高水平、有特色"的师资队伍是学校实现内涵提升和跨越式发展的根本保证。通过师资现状的比较分析,SWOT模型的归纳推演,简略提出契合学校发展特色的师资队伍建设方针,探讨学校"十二五"期间师资队伍建设的战略着眼点、改革关键点和重要切入点,为建设特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学如何发挥人才的支撑和引领作用提供一些思考和建议。
The construction of high quality, high level teaching staff with characteristics is the fundamental guarantee to widen the connotation and achieve leap-forward development in our college. Based on the comparative analysis of the status of teachers and inductive inference of SWOT model, the construction principle of teaching staff which is suitable for the characteristic development is briefly put forward. The force points on teachers' cultivation are also discussed in "12th Five-Year" period including strategic point, reform point and breakthrough point. The study aims to provide some thoughts and suggestions to the leading role of the talents on the way to construction of high-level, application-oriented universities with distinctive characteristics.
