可溶性壳聚糖调控下Mg^(2+)和Cit^(3-)对CaCO_3晶体生长影响

The Influence of Magnesium and Citrate Ion on the Growth of Calcium Carbonate Crystals under the Control of Soluble Chitosan

摘要 文章借助X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及热分析仪研究了可溶性壳聚糖(SC)调控下镁离子(Mg2+)和柠檬酸根离子(Cit3-)对CaCO3晶体生长的影响。研究结果表明,SC能明显促进球霰石的生成,且随着SC浓度逐渐增大,生成的CaCO3晶体中球霰石的含量逐渐增大。然而,如果体系中有Mg2+存在,则更易促进方解石的生成。此外研究还发现,单一的Cit3-对CaCO3晶体生长影响不明显。但在和SC协同作用时,Cit3-却能促进球霰石生成,且促进球霰石生成的能力明显较SC单独调控下强。 The influence of magnesium and citrate ion on the growth of calcium carbonate crystals under the control of soluble chitosan was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and thermal analysis.Under the control of soluble chitosan,the growth of vateriate was promoted.With the increase of soluble chitosan,the content of vateriate cryastal was increased.However,in the presence of the Mg^2+,the formation of calcite crystal was encouraged.In addition,the influence of single citrate ion on the growth of calcium carbonate was not obvious,yet under the control of Cit^3-and soluble chitosan,the growth of vateriate was promoted significantly which was higher than the only soluble chitosan.
