摘要
通过选择三种表面活性剂:非离子表面活性剂(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)、阴离子表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠)、阳离子表面活性剂(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)制备Mg-Al-LDHs材料,研究了表面活性剂的种类、浓度等因素对Mg-Al-LDHs生长的影响.利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、红外光谱等分析技术研究了Mg-Al-LDHs材料的结构、形貌和尺寸.初步研究了Mg-Al-LDHs生长的最佳条件.实验结果表明:表面活性剂的加入不改变Mg-Al-LDHs的层状结构,但是改变其结晶性和晶胞参数;表面活性剂浓度的增加使颗粒尺寸增大,结晶性增加;不同类型的表面活性剂使Mg-AlLDHs呈现束状、花簇状等不同的形貌.
Three kinds of surfactants were chosen to prepare Mg-Al-LDHs materials respectively. They were non-ionic surfactant (polyvin-ylpyrrolidone),anionic surfactant (sodium dodecyl sul-fate)and cati onic surfactant (hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide).The effects of surfac-tants′type and concentration on the growth of Mg-Al-LDHs were studied.The structure,mor-phology and size of Mg-Al-LDHs were characterized by X ray diffraction,scanning electron mi-croscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The optimal conditions for the growth of Mg-Al-LDHs with surfactant were studied preliminarily.Experimental results showed that the addition of surfactant couldn’t change the layered structure of Mg-Al-LDHs,but it could change their crystallinity and cell parameters.With the increasing concentration of surfactants,the parti-cle size and crystallinity increased.Different types of surfactants made Mg-Al-LDHs present dif-ferent morphologies,such as bundle and flower like shape.
