摘要
从水质富营养化、农业旱田的增加致使湿地面积缩小、地表水的拦截与挖沟漏水、地下水位大幅度下降等几方面分析了扎龙湿地的水资源现状。提出了调整农业景观布局、改建东升水库等水利设施、实施生态移民政策、建立湿地水生态环境监测系统与建立完善环保水利政策等保护湿地生态系统的对策。
The paper analyses the water resources present situation from water quality eutrophic nutrition,the increase of agricultral dry farmland and the reduction of surface water,the impounding of surfacewater and excavate leaking water,the big scope drop of groundwater level etc.in Zhalong wetlands.The reason leading to decrease of the resources of vegetation,fishes and birds and appear the ecology function decrease of the wetland,the countermeasures have been put forward to protect ecology system of wetlands from adjust the distribution of agricultral landscape,rebuild water conservancy facilities include Dongsheng reservoir etc.,carry out the ecology migration policy,build water ecology environmental monitoring system of wetlands,build and perfect environmental protection and water conservancy policy etc.
