针刺对多因素致慢性疲劳大鼠HPA轴功能影响的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨针刺干预对多因素致慢性疲劳大鼠HPA轴相关激素的影响。方法:采用多因素(束缚+游泳+昼夜颠倒+空瓶刺激)的方法建立慢性疲劳大鼠模型。针刺组大鼠每日针刺足三里、太冲、百会共21天,观察针刺干预对多因素致慢性疲劳大鼠模型血清CORT、ACTH、下丘脑CRHmRNA的影响。结果:针刺可以明显提高模型大鼠体重、体温;缓解模型大鼠体力疲劳,提高学习记忆能力,改善模型大鼠情绪的异常。模型大鼠经治疗后血清CORT和ACTH含量较模型组明显降低;下丘脑CRHmRNA含量下降,接近正常水平。说明针刺具有调节慢性疲劳大鼠的HPA轴功能紊乱,抑制HPA轴过度兴奋的作用。结论:针刺百会、足三里、太冲穴具有明显改善慢性疲劳大鼠疲劳状态和降低HPA轴兴奋性的作用,是治疗CFS的有效方法。 Objective:To discuss the effects of acupuncture on the relative hormones of the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal(HPA) axis of chronic fatigue rats induced by multiple stress factors.Methods:It is through multiple stress factors of constraint,swimming,day-night reversal and empty bottle stimulation to set up the chronic fatigue model of rats.And rats in the acupuncture group are punctured in bilateral Zusanli,Taichong,Baihui once a day for 21 days.Then the effects of acupuncture on the contents of the CORT and ACTH in serum and the CRHmRNA in hypothalamus of chronic fatigue rats are observed.Results:After acupuncture treatment,the body weight and temperature of rats in the acupuncture group increase,the ability of spatial learning and memory,the physical fatigue and the changes of emotion are improved.And after acupuncture treatment,the contents of the CORT and ACTH in serum are much lower than those in model group;the content of the CRHmRNA in hypothalamus drops to nearly normal level.So it is proved that the acupuncture can regulate the dysfunctional states of the HPA axis;and can inhibit the hyperactivity of HPA axis of chronic fatigue rats.Conclusion:The method of puncturing Baihui,Zusanli,Taichong can improve the fatigue states of the rats,markedly reverse the hyperactivity of HPA axis.It is an effective therapy for chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).
