摘要
文章以海洋石油资源为例分析了海洋不可再生资源开发中内在的信息反馈结构与机制以及相互因果关系,运用系统动力学理论和方法,以近几年中海油对海洋石油的勘探开发数据为基础,建立了海洋石油开发的系统动力学模型。经检验,模型与海洋石油开发的历史拟合较好,模拟的误差在20%-30%之间,误差较小。投资是影响新增净探明石油可采储量、储采平衡率和销售收入这三个指标可持续发展的主要因素,要维持油田的持续发展,就必须增大总投资,同时保持适当的勘探开发投资比例,努力提高技术。
Taking the offshore oil resources as an example,this paper makes an analysis of the internal information feed- back structure and mechanism and the cause- and- effect relation.Using the principle and method of the system dynamics,based on the latest data of CNOOC,the dynamic model of marine oil exploitation is established.By checking in with the real data,the result of this model is similar.The error of the simulation is between 20%- 30%.Investment is the key factor influencing the sustainable development of (1) the net proved recoverable reserves of remaining oil;(2) the balance of recovery;and(3) the sales revenue.For sustainable development,it is necessary to keep steady increase of total investment and keep appropriate percentage of investment for the exploration and recovery of oil respectively.The technology upgrade is necessary at the same time.
