System Design and Application of Ecological Resources Based on the Concept of Reconstruction

摘要 生态资源是人类生存和发展的根基,对生态资源合理有效的开发一直是全球性的重点问题。现阶段的生态资源开发存在全局性、系统性不足,数字化、智能化程度有限,人本关怀缺乏和资源的可持续利用率低等问题。运用重构理念从时间、空间、资源等维度来梳理生态资源开发过程中复杂问题的多视角思路,构建了以时间重构、空间重构、资源重构为基础的生态资源系统设计的重构模式。时间重构建立了生态资源开发的全生命周期设计,从时间维度的跨度和广度出发,在资源开发的前、中、后三个阶段,完成具有前瞻性与延续性、全面性与系统性的重构设计。将空间重构的空间域划分为现实空间、虚拟空间、体验空间,分别指向于以空间功能的布局、资源开发数字化技术、人本空间体验为基础的多元重构方式。资源重构以显性资源与隐性资源为组成部分,是对不同资源类型开展高效循环利用与全面深度开发的双向重构模式。生态资源的系统重构设计为实现生态资源的循环可持续开发提供了一种新的设计与规划思路,对推动我国生态文明的系统性建设提供参考。 Ecological resources are the very basic foundation for human survival and development.To exploit ecological resources rationally and effectively is an important global highlight issue.At this stage,the exploitation of ecological resources has several problems such as most of the resources exploitation processes were not developed in systematic thought,limited intelligence technology for environment exploitation processes,lack of humanistic care,and low sustainable utilization of resources.This paper uses the concept of reconstruction to sort out the multi-perspective thinking of complex problems in the process of ecological resource exploitation from the dimensions of time,space and resources,and constructs a reconstruction mode of ecological resource system design based on time reconstruction,space reconstruction and resource reconstruction.Time reconstruction establishes the whole life-cycle design of ecological resource exploitation.Starting from the span and breadth of time dimension,it completes the reconstruction design with foresight,continuity,comprehensiveness and systematization in the three stages of resource exploitation(planning stage;producing stage;recycling stage).The spatial domain of spatial reconstruction is divided into real space,virtual space and experience space,which respectively point to the multiple reconstruction way based on the layout of spatial functions,digital technology of resource exploitation and human-centered space experience.Resource reconstruction consists of dominant resources and recessive resources.It is a two-way reconstruction design that carries out efficient recycling and comprehensive and deep exploitation of different resource types.The systematic reconstruction of ecological resources provides a new design and planning idea for realizing the circular and sustainable exploitation of ecological resources,and provides a reference for promoting the systematic construction of ecological civilization in China.
