园长对准幼儿园男教师素质的期望调查——以杭州市西湖区为例 被引量:6

摘要 男教师在幼儿园教育中的作用日益受到关注。被调查的绝大多数园长表示幼儿园应有男教师. 近七成的园长将男教师在幼儿园的工作定位为专科型教师.即专门负责幼儿体育、书法等方面的教学工作.、大多数园长将“体育运动技能”“教师口语”“电教技术”视为男教师必备的教学技能。园长对男教师素质的期望与高校学前教育专业男生培养体系存在较大差异,幼儿园教师培训机构在制定培养目标时应凸显与强化男性核心竞争力、关注与提升男生的性别特质。 The role of men teachers m kindergartens has been receiving increasing attention. Most kindergarten heads interviewed in the survey admitted the necessity of men teachers in the kindergarten. Nearly 70 percent of them oriented men teachers as specialized teachers who are responsible for teaching such courses as P.E. and calligraphy. Most heads of kindergartens regard sport skills, speech skills, and computer-aided teaching skills as necessaW for men teachers. It shows that a distinct discrepancy exist between expectations and the actual cultivation system in the university. Therefore, the preschool teacher training organization should highlight men" s core competition and endeavor to elevate men students" gender features.
