摘要
在幼儿体育教育能力日趋重要但又问题重重的背景下,分析学前教育专业系统培养模式和体育教育专业针对性培养模式两种模式下本科生的幼儿体育教育能力差异,有助于提高高校人才培养的针对性和专业性。研究结果表明,体育教育专业针对性培养模式更有优势,在具有显著性差异的4个幼儿体育教育能力项上,体育专业大三学生的指标均高于学前教育专业大三学生。为此,应不断深化学前教育专业与体育教育专业的合作培养模式,持续凝练幼儿体育教育能力的内涵、关键影响因素和能力培养方向;要以学生为主体、教师为主导,不断探究学生的想法和感受,并进行及时反馈或调整。
With child physical education teaching competency becoming more and more important but problematic, analysis of discrepancies in child physical education teaching competency of undergraduates between preschool education majors under systematic training mode and physical education majors under the targeted training mode are conducive to cultivate talents by higher institutions in a more targeted and professional way. The results of the analysis show that physical education majors trained under a more targeted mode are more superior over preschool education majors, which can be embodied in 4 notably differential aspects of child physical education teaching competency that juniors of physical education majors are better than juniors of preschool education majors. Therefore, we should continue to deepen the cooperative training mode between pre-school education majors and physical education majors, continue to condense the connotation, key influence factors and competency training direction of child physical education teaching competency, and continue to explore students＇ feelings with student-centered and teacher-oriented principle in mind so as to give timely feedbacks or adjustments in terms of their feelings and ideas.
