分光光度法测定山核桃中微量元素硒的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:采用微波高压快速消解法和紫外分光光度法测定山核桃中微量元素硒的含量。方法:采用微波消解技术处理样品,加HCL,其中Se+6被还原成Se+4,Se+4与邻苯二胺络合,用甲苯萃取,紫外分光光度法测定山核桃中微量元素硒。结果:相关系数r=0.9996,加标回收率为96.0%~102.0%,最大吸收波长为351 nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为1.07×105L/(mol.com),硒含量在0.01μg/kg~10.0μg/kg范围符合比尔定律。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、结果准确和检出费用低等优点,适合基层实验室对样品中硒的测定。 Objective:To determine the selenium content in walnut by microwave fast digestion and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods: The use of microwave digestion technique for processing samples, add HCL, in which the Se +6 was reducted to Se +4, tetravalent selenium and o - Phenylenediamine form complex, extract with toluene, using ultraviolet spectrophotometric method to determine selenium in walnut. Results: The correlation coefficient r = 0. 9996, the recovery of standard addition is 96.0% - 102. 0%. wavelength Max. absorbance is 351nm, the apparent molar absorption absorptivity isl. 07×10^5L/ (mol. cm) ,selenium content in the 0. 01 p.g/kg - 10. 0 txg/kg range meets Beer's law. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, high sensitivity, the result is accurate, the test cost is low, and it is easy for the determination of selenium in the grass - root laboratory.
