摘要
目的:建立婴幼儿食品中总砷的微波消解-氢化物原子荧光法测定方法。方法:以硝酸作为消化体系进行微波消解后,原子荧光法测定。结果:线性范围为0~10.00 ng/m l,方法的检出限为0.00080 mg/kg,加标回收率85.7%~112%,RSD小于8.7%。结论:方法简单、快速、节能、结果准确可靠,适合婴幼儿辅助食品中总砷的测定。
Objective:To detect total arsenic in infant food by microwave digestion -hydride generation atomic fluorescence method. Methods:Nitrate was used as the digestive system after microwave digestion, atomic fluorescence method. Results:The linear range was 0 - 10. 00 ng/ml the detection limit 0. 00080 mg/kg, recoveries 85.7% - 112% , RSD less tnan 8.7%. Conclusion:The method is simple, fast, energy - saving, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for dietary supplements for infants and young children in the determination of total arsenic.
