椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察椎体成形术治疗椎体骨质疏松压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法从2005年11月至2009年11月,应用经皮椎体成形术治疗95例114个椎体压缩骨折,胸椎53例、腰椎61例。均为新鲜骨折。PVP均采用双侧椎弓根穿刺,造影后,注入骨水泥3~6mL。术后随访观察疼痛缓解程度。结果术后7d疼痛消失或明显减轻。随访3~12个月,所有患者疼痛无反复、无严重并发症发生。结论椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折是一种安全、经济、有效的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate of the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods From November 2005 to November 2009,95 case of this kind of disease 114 vertebral lesions were treated by PVP,39 lesions in thoracic vertebra and 61 in lumbar.All the case were fresh fracture.The procedures of PVP were inserted via double transpedicular.After intraosseous venography was performed,bone cement was injected with 3~6mL.The technical success rate,clinical effect and complications were observed.Results All the case had no pain or significantly reduced.During the follow-up period for 3~12 months,No pain and severe complications occurred.Conclusion PVP is an effective and less invasive treatment for patients with vertebra compression fracture.
