经单侧横突-椎弓根入路PKP冶疗胸腰椎OVCF的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经单侧横突-椎弓根入路行椎体后凸成形术(pereutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折(Osteoporotie Vertebral Comression Fraeture,OVCF)的临床疗效。方法随机选取2012年3月—2014年3月行单侧横突-椎弓根入路PKP治疗胸腰椎OVCF的患者50例作为研究对象,观察患者手术前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化及椎体平均高度恢复情况。结果 50例患者均顺利完成手术,骨水泥渗漏3例,上位椎间隙漏1例,椎旁漏1例,椎前缘漏1例,未出现其他严重并发症。患者术后VAS评分较术前明显降低(P<0.05),椎体高度均较术前有所改善(P<0.05)。结论经单侧横突-椎弓根入路PKP冶疗胸腰椎OVCF患者VAS评分及椎体高度明显改善,且骨水泥渗漏发生率较低,临床疗效满意,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pereutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) by unilateral transverse process-pedicle approach in the treatment of osteoporotie vertebral comression fraeture (OVCF). Methods 50 patients with OVCF who underwent PKP by unilateral transverse process-pedicle approach from March 2013 to March 2014 were randomly selected as the research object. The visual analogue score (VAS) before and after operation and restoration of average vertebral height of the patients were observed. Results The surgery on all the 50 cases were successfully performed with bone cement leakage in 3 cases, superior clearance leakage in 1 case, vertebral side leakage in 1 case, vertebral front leak in 1 case and without other serious complica-tions. Postoperative VAS score of the patients were obviously lower than that before the operation(P〈0.05), and postoperative verte-bral height was superior to that before operation (P〈0.05). Conclusion VAS score and vertebral body height of the patients after PKP by unilateral transverse process-pedicle approach in the treatment of OVCF is significantly improved with lower incidence of bone cement leakage. Therefore its effect is satisfactory and it is worthy promoting.
