摘要
为了降低时间尺度的时间起伏标准偏差,对卫星时间尺度(GPS,GLONASS)的长期模型优化方法进行了评述,并对时间中心和时间实验室的数据分析进行了检验。结果表明,采用混合模型方法进行修正或控制,卫星时间尺度的长期时间起伏可变为白噪声过程;GPS时间尺度的时间起伏标准偏差可下降到10~20ns,与一天内的短期结果接近;GLONASS时间尺度的结果大些,GLONASS时间尺度的时间起伏标准偏差的平均改善程度比GPS时间尺度的结果约大2倍。这些结果表明GLONASS时间尺度的季节性周年变化影响比GPS时间尺度明显,GLONASS时间尺度长期模型修正(或控制)方法要改进的程度比GPS时间尺度更大。
To decrease the standard deviation in time fluctuations on time scale, in
this paper the optimization methods for long term model to satellite time scale (GPS,GLONASS)
have been discussed, and examined by using the data analyses at some time centers and time
laboratories. The results indicate that the long term time fluctuation to satellite time scales can
be transformed into white noise process by mean of the method with mixed model to correct or
control. The standard deviation for time fluctuations on GPS time scale can be decreased to 10
 ̄20ns, that is close to the short term results within one day; the result of GLONASS time scale
is bigger. The average improving degree for standard deviation to time fluctuations on
GLONASS time scale is about two times larger than GPS one. These results are reflected that
the effect with seasonal anniversary change on GLONASS time scale is obvious than GPS one.
It shows that the improving degree for the correcting (or controlling) method for long term model
on GLONASS time scale is larger than GPS one.
