摘要
根据1991~1995年国际计量局(BIPM)时间部时间公报公布的两种卫星时间标准(GPSTIMESCALE和GLONASSTIMESCALE)的数据[1],我们从时域到频域进行了分析比较。同时用近几年美国海军天文台(USNO)和上海天文台(SO)时间公报的类似数据的结果进行了对照[2,3],得到了如下一些很有意义的结论。(1)时域特性的分析结果:①时间起伏标准偏差,GLONASSTIME的五年平均结果比GPSTIME的结果约大3倍。②长期频率稳定度,GPSTIME的结果主要是调频白噪声;GLONASSTIME的结果有波浪性变化,为非白噪声。(2)频域特性的分析结果:①时间起伏功率谱密度,GLONASSTIME的结果比GPSTIME的结果有更明显的峰值。②这些卫星时间标准有长周期现象,主要是半年周期及其倍数周期,GLONASSTIME的结果比GPSTIME的结果更显著。这些差异是两种卫星时间标准的长期时间模型和及其控制方法优化程度的反映。
According to the data of two satellite time scales (GPS TIME SCALE and GLONASS TIME SCALE)published by the time bulletine of the BIPM Time Section during 1991~1995, we carried out analysis and comparison for their long term characteristics from the time domain to the frsquency domain in this paper. At the same time, we went on to contrast it's results with similar data published by the time bulletines of USNO and SO in recent years. Some very intructive conclusion have been obtained as follows.(1) The analytical results of time domain characteristics: ①For the standard deviation of time fluctuations, the averaging result within five years from GLONASS TIME is about three times larger than the result from GPS TIME. ②For the frsquency stability of long term, the result from GPS TIME is main FM white noise; there is change wave upon wave from the result of GLONASS TIME, it is not the white noise.(2)The analytical results of frequency domain characteristics: ①For the PSD of time fluctuations, there is a obvious peak value from the result of GLONASS TIME that is more than the resultof GPS TIME. ②There is the phenomenon of long period from among these satellite time scales, it is main the half-year period and it's multiple periods. The result from GLONASS TIME is more notable than the result from GPS TIME.These differences are the reflection that the excellent degree of long term time model of two salellite time scales and it's controlling method.
