摘要
论述了在中医药行业开展传承博士后工作的现实意义,提出了在开展博士后工作的同时,要结合中医药人才培养的规律与特点,发挥博士后制度的优势,开展具有行业特点的博士后工作,并从理论研究、学术访谈、临床实践3个环节,分析探讨了将博士后制度与名老中医药专家经验传承工作相结合的具体做法与措施。
The reality significance of post-doctorate work with heritage characteristics in TCM field was discussed in the paper.The author indicated that the post-doctorate work should be combined with the rule and characteristics of TCM talent training,the dominance of post-doctorate system and medical profession features.The practice and measures were introduced in the integration of post-doctorate system with heritance of famous TCM physicians＇ experience from the aspects of theoretical study,academic interview and clinical practice.
