摘要
市场经济是法治经济,在市场经济环境下和电力体制改革的背景下,县级供电企业的运营面临各种法律风险。分析了县级供电企业法律风险存在的领域,提出了供电企业进行法律风险防范的对策,对保证县级供电企业持续稳定快速发展有重要参考价值。
Whereas market economy is an economy by law, county-level power supply companies are currently facing a variety of legal risks in business operation under the circumstances of market economy and the ongoing power reform. This paper identifies the fields where risks may exist, and proposes the preventive measures. The study can serve as reference to facilitate the continuous, stable and rapid development of county-level power supply companies.
