摘要
目的:观察天智颗粒对美多芭诱导的大鼠多动症行为学的影响。方法:采用大剂量美多芭(360mg·kg-1·d-1)诱导大鼠多动症,考察天智颗粒(5g·kg-1·d-1)对模型大鼠游泳、刻板行为和肢体运动功能障碍的影响。结果:与模型组比较,天智颗粒组游泳、刻板行为和肢体运动功能障碍均获明显改善。结论:天智颗粒对大剂量美多芭诱导的多动症具有明显疗效,提示其对多巴胺替代疗法减毒增效的良好前景。
Objective:To explore the effects of Tianzhi Granules on Madopa-induced hyperkinesis in rats.Methods:To induce hyperkinesis with a large dose Madopa(360mg·kg^-1·d^-1)in rats and to investigate the effects of Tianzhi Granules on swimming,stereotypy locomotor and motor function of limbs in model rats.Results:Compared to model group,Tianzhi Granules group saw significant ameliorations in swimming,stereotypy locomotor and motor function of limbs.Conclusions:Tianzhi Granules produced potent therapeutic effects on large dose of Madopa-induced hyperkinesis,showing its bright promise in toxicityreducing and action-enhancing effects on dopamine replacement therapy.
