摘要
目的:评价中药治疗多发性抽动症的疗效和安全性。方法:检索2010年1月1日—2015年12月31日中药治疗多发性抽动症的随机对照研究文献,运用Jadad量表评价纳入文献的方法学质量,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共27篇文献包含2152例患者纳入本项研究。该次Meta分析结果显示,中药观察组治疗多发性抽动症的总有效率高于西药对照组,且中药观察组远期疗效高于西药对照组,但在耶鲁评分及治疗后抽动次数、频度、强度评分方面,两组无显著性差异。由该研究纳入的文献中14篇文献报告的不良反应可见中药治疗多发性抽动症的不良反应明显少于西药对照组,但因剩余文献未对服用中药后的不良反应进行报告,因此,临床口服中药治疗多发性抽动症的安全性目前尚不能做出肯定结论。结论:基于当前临床证据显示,中药在治疗多发性抽动症上有较好的临床效果,但由于现有试验的方法学质量普遍较低,要得到更加可靠的结论,今后仍需要大样本、多中心以及合理运用盲法的高质量临床研究,以提供具有更高可靠性、准确性的评价结果。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Tourette. Methods：Retrieve randomized studies of traditional Chinese medicine literature on treating tourette syndrome,from January 1,2010 to December 31,2015,using Jadad scale evaluation of the methodological quality of the included studies,complete statistical and systematic reviews with Rev Man5.3 software. Results：A total of 27 papers containing the 2152 cases were included in the study. The Meta analysis showed that the treatment of tourette syndrome using Chinese medicine in observation group has total effective rate higher than the comparison group using Western medicine,and the long-term efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group higher than comparison group,but in the Yale Review,and tic frequency,frequency degree,intensity scores after treatment,there was no significant difference. Adverse reactions reported in 14 literatures by the present study showed that adverse reactions using traditional Chinese medicine significantly less than the comparison group using Western medicine,but there are still some of the research reported adverse reactions after taking Chinese medicine,therefore,the safety of oral intake of Chinese medicine treatment of tourette syndrome still unable to make positive conclusion. Conclusion：Based on current clinical evidence shows that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tourette syndorme have better clinical results,but because of the generally low methodological quality of existing trials,to obtain more reliable conclusions,a large sample,multi-high quality clinical research center and the rational use of blinding are required in the future to provide higher reliability and accuracy of evaluation results.
