摘要
目的:研究僵蚕提取物对小鼠自主活动的影响。方法:用光电法、开阔法观察僵蚕提取物对小鼠自主活动的影响,用转棒法了解该药对小鼠运动协调功能的影响。结果:研究表明僵蚕水提醇沉提取物能抑制小鼠自主活动。僵蚕水提醇沉提取物对小鼠自主活动作用抑制比酸枣仁强。僵蚕组水提醇沉提取物对小鼠自主活动与地西泮组比较无显著性差异。结论:僵蚕水提醇沉提取物具有明显的镇静作用。
Objective： To study the effect of the Bombyx Batryicatus on spontaneous activity of mice. Methods： The effect of the Bomyx Batryicatus on spontaneous activity of the mice was observed by photo-cell method and open field mothod . The effect of the Bomyx Batryicatus on the balance ability of mice was observed by the rotating rods method. Results：The results showed that the Bombyx Batryicatus could inhibit the spontaneous activity of the mice. The inhibititon effect was greater than Spine Date Seed and as great as the Diazepam. The high dose of Bomyx Batryicatus also showed the inhibition effect of the balance ability of the mice. Conclusion：Bombvx Batryicatus has obvious sedation effect.
