摘要
人力资本投资是一种高收益的投资方式,同时又是一种高风险活动。对企业人力资本投资风险进行分析并采取有效措施进行规避,能够大大提高人力资本投资的收益性。人力资本投资的风险来源于人力资本投资收益的间接性、滞后性以及载体的能动性。风险内容有投资对象选择风险、流失风险、激励风险和配置风险四个方面。依据与风险内容对应的指标体系采用模糊综合评估方法可对企业人力资本投资风险进行评估。
Human capital investment is highly risky as well as highly yielding.To analyze human capital investment risk and to take corresponding countermeasures can improve its yielding.The risk lies with the indirectness and untimeliness of yielding and the carriers' uncontrollability.It is composed of risks in investment target choice,loss,incensement and configuration.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation using an index system in line with risk content can be used to assess enterprise human capital investment risk.
