摘要
为适应高职"金融管理与实务"专业职业教育发展的需要,真正将素质培养、能力培养、职业素养教育与课程教学本身有效对接,需要我们准确定位职业岗位,科学建立课程体系,不过度偏废理论,革新教学方法与手段,加强学生职业道德教育和服务意识培养,以师资队伍建设为着力点积极引进人才,不断提高教育教学质量。
To adapt for the demands of vocational development of ＂Finance Management and Practical Construction＇ and realizing effective abutment as to the quality nourishment,competency cultivation and professional raising as well as the curricula teaching,thus require us to accurately orientate professional post,scientifically constructing curricula system and not excessively writing off theory by innovating teaching approaches and methods,enhancing students＇ morality education and service awareness nourishment and introducing talents based on the priority on teaching staff construction and constantly improving educational quality.
