摘要
浙江金融职业学院金融专业从现实需求出发,以就业为导向,以岗位职业标准为核心,构建了专业实践课程体系。该体系按照两大系列三层递进关系进行,将专业基本职业能力培养与训练分为专业基础能力实践课程系列与专业核心能力实践课程系列,同时以提升岗位综合能力为核心,进行基于商业银行业务流程的综合实践课程内容体系设计。同时,构建多元化专业实践课程评价体系,实行定性评价与定量评价相结合、过程考核与结果考核相结合、校外评价与校内评价相结合。
Starting from realistic demand, the financial specialty of Zhejiang Financial Vocational College has constructed the employment -oriented and post professional standard -centered practice curriculum system. The system was implemented according to two series and three level successive relationship, which divided the cultivation and training of specialty basic professional abilities into specialty basic ability practice curriculum series and specialty core ability practice curriculum series, then design the comprehensive practice curriculum content system based on commercial bank working procedure by taking the enhancement of post comprehensive abilities as the core. At the same time, diversified evaluation system that combine quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation, combine process examination with outcome examination and combine evaluation outside school with evaluation inside school for specialty practice courses was built.
