摘要
在我国金融业日益开放和国际化的背景下,高校作为金融人才的主要培养机构,必须适应现代金融发展的客观要求,在金融本科生培养过程中及时更新观念,推陈出新,重新构建金融人才培养的质量保障体系,培养出能够适应国际竞争的复合型金融人才队伍。
China＇s financial industry is opening up to the outside world and internationalizing and in this baekguound colleges and universities, as the main training organizations should adapt themselves to the objective demands of modem financial development in order to cultivate compound- type financial talents who can-adjust themselves to international competitions. To fulfil this task, colleges and universities must renew their ideas, get the new from the old and reconstruct the quality guarantee system in financial talents cultivation.
