民族地区农村初中学生辍学现象透析——基于西藏A县的调查 被引量:5

摘要 农村初中学生辍学已严重影响了民族地区教育均衡和协调发展。就西藏而言,党和国家不断增加的教育投入不仅大大改善了学校的教育教学条件,而且通过"三包"政策免除了学生上学的一切费用,但农村初中多数学生辍学的情况并没有得到根本性改变。这一现象说明西藏农牧区学生辍学不同于一般意义上的辍学,而是表现为学生不喜欢学校教育,继而表现为学校教育未能满足学生的教育需求。学生辍学这一现象的本质即为民族地区学生由于所生活的自然环境和社会环境的差异有着与其他地区不一样的教育需求。解决学生辍学问题关键在于明确学生有什么样的教育需求,进而根据需求提供学生满意的教育。 Rural junior high school students' dropping out of school has had a serious impact on the balancing and coordinating development of education in ethnic areas. In Tibet, the increasing investment in education from the government is not only greatly improved the teaching conditions but also eliminated all the costs of students' going to school through "three guarantees" policy, but the drop-out of most rural junior high school students has not been fundamentally changed. This phenomenon means that the drop-out phenomenon in agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet is different from that in general sense which shows a performance of students do not like school education while the school education failed to meet the needs of students. The essence of the phenomenon is the special education demand due to the difference in natural and social envi- ronment between ethnic area and other areas. The key to solving this problem lies in clearly defining the educational demands, and providing satisfactory education according to the demand of students.
