摘要
新中国成立以来的民族地区社会、经济和教育现实形态历经多重演变。为推进我国民族地区教育和经济协同发展谋求理论基点,民族教育经济研究应运而生。历经兴起、快速发展和逐步拓展三大发展阶段,民族教育经济研究逐渐形成了一个相对独立的研究领域,研究视野涵盖民族教育与经济协同发展、民族教育经济效益计量、民族教育资源投入和配置、民族教育经济发展的时代机遇和挑战等,研究方法的运用实现了从早期倾向于理论思辨和经验描述,向思辨与实证相结合、定性和定量相结合转变,为解决民族地区不同时期不同现实形态下的教育经济问题提供了丰富的理论依据。但纵观我国民族教育经济研究,仍存在一定局限:研究视野缺乏前瞻性、研究结论与现实契合不够、研究成果相对孤立、缺乏对民族文化的重视。着眼于2020年后我国巩固全面脱贫成果,民族教育经济研究应进一步关注新时代的民族教育发展、探索自身话语体系建设、善用民族文化的张力,更加实效性地指导我国面向2035民族地区现代化发展。
Since the founding of new China,the reality of society,economy and education in ethnic regions has undergone multiple evolution.In order to seek the theoretical basis for promoting the coordinated development of education and economy in ethnic regions,the research of ethnic educational economy came into being.After three stages of development:rise,rapid development and gradual expansion,the research of ethnic educational economy has gradually became a relatively independent research domain.The research vision gradually covers the coordinated development of ethnic education and economy,the measurement of economic benefits of ethnic education,the input and allocation of ethnic educational resources,the opportunities and challenges of the times for ethnic educational economy.And the application of research methods has realized the transformation from the early theoretical speculation and empirical description,to the combination of speculation and empirical,qualitative and quantitative,which provides rich theoretical basis for solving the educational economic problems in different periods and different forms of reality in ethnic regions.However,there are still some limitations in the research on ethnic educational economy in China:lacking of foresight in research field,lacking of agreement between research conclusion and reality,research results are relatively isolated and lacking of attention to ethnic culture.Focus on the long-term goal of consolidating the achievements of comprehensive poverty alleviation and promoting the comprehensive modernization after 2020,research on ethnic educational economic should pay more attention to the development of ethnic education in the new era,explore the construction of its own discourse system,make use of the tension of ethnic culture,and guide the modernization development of 2035 in ethnic areas more effectively.
