摘要
在工程设计中,可以基于CAXA的设计功能,准确方便地对汽车零部件进行选型安装设计。由此对方舱舱门上的气弹簧运动状态进行了分析和研究,总结出一种气弹簧选型安装设计的方法,即最小举升力法,同时给出了具体的设计步骤。实践证明,该设计方法实用、简便,能够满足使用要求。
The design of vehicle spare parts can be done accurately and handily based on CAXA function in engineering designing. Therefore, through the analysis and study from motion situation of the gas spring, a designing method-minimal lifting force way for selection and installation of gas spring was sum up in this paper, and the specific designing step was putforward. It was proved that this is a practical and simple way, which can meet use demand.
