摘要
目的探讨师范大学生一般自我效能感、自我和谐与学习适应性的关系。方法以423名师范大学生为对象,采用大学生学习适应量表、自我和谐量表、一般自我效能感量表进行调查分析。结果师范大学生的总体学习适应状况中等偏上(t=18.77,P<0.001);学习适应性与一般自我效能感和自我和谐及其各因素显著相关(r>0.240,P<0.001);一般自我效能感和自我和谐能够显著预测学习适应性,判定系数为0.276。结论师范大学生的一般自我效能感、自我和谐与学习适应性具有显著相关。
Objective To explore the relationship among general self-efficacy,self consistency and academic adjustment of normal university students.Methods A total of 423 normal university students were measured with Undergraduate Academic Adjustment Scale(UAAS),Self Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS) and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES).Results The general situation of academic adjustment was quite well(t=18.77,P0.001);academic adjustment,general self-efficacy and self consistency were significantly correlated(|r|0.240,P0.001);and general self-efficacy,self consistency were effective predictors of academic adjustment,and the decision index of the regression model was 0.276.Conclusion There are significant relationship among general self-efficacy,self-consistency and academic adjustment of normal university students.
