摘要
目的:分析心脑血管疾病患者不合理用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对典型病例进行详细的用药分析,找出用药中存在问题,提出解决办法。结果与结论:心脑血管疾病严重危害着人类的健康,有逐渐增多的趋势,在药物治疗中存在有一些不合理用药现象,因此,临床应辩证用药,促进心脑血管疾病患者治疗中合理用药,保证患者用药安全有效。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the irrational drug use in patients with cardioeerebrovaseular disease for references of clinical rational drug use. METHODS： The typical irrational drug use cases were analyzed to find out the problems in the use of drugs for cardio-cerebrovascular disease and then our solution was presented. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Cardiocerebrovascular disease poses serious risk on people＇ health and the incidence of this disease assumes a gradual increase tendency. However, the use of drugs for cardiocerebrovascular disease is somewhat irrational, therefore, the clinical use of drugs for cardio-cerebrovascular disease should be based on patients＇ condition to promote rational drug use and ensure the safety and efficacy of drugs for cardiocerebrovascular disease.
